Today, Duane, Carolyn, their girls and I, went to ride part of the St. Marks Trail. We ended up doing 13.2 miles and while that may not seem to be a lot, it is! In fact, I am very tired tonight and so I will be posting mostly pictures...especially since 4:45am comes early and the treadmill can't operate itself!
